To celebrate 10 years of making ice cream and sorbet we decided to make a special flavour to mark the occasion! We received lots of weird and wonderful suggestions and after careful consideration and many a debate in the dairy we made this English classic, Plum & Rosemary Sorbet! A typical English flavour from the Hampshire country side! We all grabbed a spoon and had a taste. These are a few comments from our chief tasters, postman and Jude herself!
