Here at Jude's, family is at the heart of our business and we are committed to giving back to the community and to the wider world. We donate 10% of our profits to charities that support children and young people.
Giving back to our local community is very important to us. We support Naomi House Children’s Hospice near Winchester, and we also run educational programmes for nearby schools where children are invited to the dairy to learn about food production and set business challenges to raise money for charities of their choice. We also support the Juniors section of the Easton & Martyr Worthy Cricket Club. The club is based in Easton, where Jude's started, and trains over 100 girls and boys each week and has a total of 9 teams in the Winchester Warriors league.
We are always making changes to reduce our carbon footprint, such as recycling cardboard, plastic and metal from ingredient packaging, buying energy-efficient equipment, and recycling millions of litres of water every year through our adiabatic cooler (this water cools the freezers). We use local suppliers where possible to reduce food miles.
