We use milk and cream from local cows in our ice creams. We then find the world's best ingredients, as close to home as possible. This could be Cox and Bramley apple juice from our friends at Hill Farm down the road, elderflower from Hampshire, or bourbon vanilla from Madagascar (which we have to go a bit further to find!) The added bonus is that all our flavours are gluten free for everyone to enjoy.
