John is our tough burly goalkeeper (or would be if Jude's had a 5-a-side team), who specialises in lifting heavy things around the dairy, delivering ice cream and chatting with customers.

Aedan has joined us straight from college, and is always reminding us of all the things we forgot to learn there. Aedan specialises in jumping out from behind large objects (e.g. vans, vats of ice cream) to suprise us.

Fran
We think we found Fran floating in a cardboard box in a vat of vanilla ice cream. Fran enjoys breeding her chickens, feeding her horse, and baffling us with curious animal related facts (often relating to sea-lions.)

Jude is named after a small ice cream company in Hampshire. She spends most of her time looking after her dogs, cats, chickens, sheep, goats, horses, and manages our accounts when she has a free moment.

Jill is a dairy expert. Having grown up on a dairy farm, she still keeps a herd of cattle with her husband. At the weekends Jill likes to help around the farm and go for long walks in the countryside.
