Rachel Smith writes a wonderful food blog, The Food I Eat , and conjured up this impressive “Artic Roll-o” using our Salted Caramel ice cream. You can see Rachel’s full recipe here and even have a go yourselves, especially given that it meets with Frances’ royal baking seal of approval.
