At Jude's Ice Cream we don't think you can get any more British than a good old cup of earl grey tea, so we thought it would be a good idea to make an earl grey ice cream.
With our earl grey in hand we headed to the Chesterfield Hotel to see what Jane Pettigrew (tea expert and historian) along with other international tea experts thought…they gave us a big thumbs up!
